time flies

I am a little late on this post seeing as how she is now 6 weeks old (whoa time is flying), however these were the pictures I captured on her one month birthday. Sweet little girl!

I have to be honest, Halloween is my least favorite holiday. In fact, when we found out Finn was due in October I prayed it wouldn't be close to Halloween (hoping she wouldn't come later) so she didn't desire Halloween birthday parties. So although I'm not a fan, we did celebrate by handing out candy at my parents' house. We also partook in the other Halloween traditions, including hot dogs and chili and watching "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown". Finleigh also did participate in a little dress-up. She received this adorable eggplant hat from a friend of mine and immediately I knew it'd be the perfect, simple Halloween costume.
